ATLANTA -- Police say a man with more than 35 previous arrests has been arrested again.
According to Atlanta Police, officers responded on a burglary call on Feb. 27 to an apartment complex on Ponce De Leon Avenue. They saw video of a man stealing two TVs, a bike and some tools.
The next day, an employee of the apartment complex told police that he saw the suspect.
Officers detained the man, who they said had a crowbar and a hedge trimmer on him.
The man initially gave police a false name, they said, but he was later identified as 43-year-old Christopher Bellamy.
According to police, Bellamy is a convicted felon who has been arrested more than 35 times. He had two failure to appear warrants and was said to be on active probation.
He's charged with burglary, theft and possession of tools to commit a crime.
