ATLANTA — An Atlanta shooting has sparked an investigation on Jonesboro Road Friday evening.
Atlanta Police responded to a person shot call at 2980 Jonesboro Rd SE near Oxford Village Townhomes around 8 p.m. where officers discovered that two people had been shot. One of them died, police said. The other victim was taken to the hospital.
It appears the shooter targeted the two men, investigators said. Police believe the shooter may have been in a red Kia Sorento.
