LAGRANGE, Ga. — Five people were fortunately not injured early Wednesday morning when shots were fired into a home in LaGrange, entering at least four rooms police said.
The LaGrange Police Department said it happened just before 2:30 a.m. at a home on Thornton Street.
Officers were called after the gunfire was reported and the department said an investigation "determined that unknown suspects fired multiple rounds" at the home.
"The home was occupied by five people and several bullets entered four different rooms," a LaGrange Police statement said. "There were no reported injuries as a result of the shooting."
