COBB COUNTY, Ga. — An Alabama man has been charged with sexual exploitation of a child after allegedly arranging a meeting with a Cobb County teen over a social media app.

According to a Cobb County warrant, Richard Parker planned to initiate a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old girl he met over the Meet24/fastmeet app.

The warrant said the teen told Parker she was 13 years old and not 20, as the app stated. Parker told the teen he was OK with her age and that he "liked little girls".

Parker also sent the teen explicit photos and asked for photos in return.
