ATLANTA -- Investigators are seeking information in a robbery and homicide that occurred on Saturday in Atlanta.
Police said two men were robbed and shot at about 11 p.m. on Perkerson Road, in the area of Metropolitan and Cleveland Avenue. One of the victims died as a result of the incident.
Now police are releasing details provided by the surviving victim in hopes that they can find the people responsible.
According to the victim's statement to police, at least three suspects - two men and a woman - left the scene in a 90s model Dodge Caravan. Police don't know the color of the vehicle but the victim described it as a dark color.
One suspect was described as a black man who appears to be young and is short and thin. Police believe he was wearing all black with a black skullcap.
Another male suspect drove the van and the shooter is believed to be in the passenger seat. Meanwhile the woman was riding in the back.
Police are hoping someone with information will step forward upon hearing of the incident and the description of the suspects.
