ATLANTA — Atlanta Police are investigating a shooting that left one person hurt early Sunday morning.
This happened on Sunridge Avenue Southeast, just off Browns Mill Road in southeast Atlanta.
Police said they believe the shooting happened just before 4 a.m.
Authorities said the male victim, who is 23 years old, was taken to Grady Hospital. They add that he had been wounded on his left leg and right foot. However, his condition at this time is unknown.
Thus far, police believe he was simply walking down the sidewalk when he was struck by bullets that came from a nearby vehicle.
Police also said the suspect is unknown at this time.
