ATLANTA — An investigation is underway after a man was stabbed to death in Atlanta's Capitol View neighborhood on Monday afternoon, police said.
Atlanta Police responded to the 1200 block of Murphy Ave. SW after they received a call of a person stabbed. When officers got there, they found a man in critical condition from several stab wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene not long after, according to police.
APD did not explain what led up to the stabbing or the identity of the victim. It's unclear if police have identified or arrested a suspect.
