DECATUR, Ga. -- A motions hearing has been delayed until next month in the case of a former DeKalb police officer accused of killing an unarmed veteran in 2015.
The hearing for Robert Olsen was set for April 23 in DeKalb Superior Court, but was delayed on Friday.
But that didn't stop a rally from being held Saturday in the victim's memory.
Olsen is facing a six-count indictment in the shooting death of Anthony Hill: two counts of felony murder, one count of aggravated assault, one count of making a false statement and two counts of violation of oath by a public officer.
Hill, an Air Force Veteran who had served in Afghanistan, was naked and unarmed when he was shot and killed by Olsen in March 2015. His family said he was dealing with post traumatic stress disorder.
