Hunter Nicholas Hill and Stephen Blake Dickey are each charged with murder after a Tuesday shooting in Fannin County.

Two 15-year-old boys have been arrested and charged in connection to a north Georgia murder.

On Tuesday, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and Fannin County Sheriff's Office announced the arrest of Blake Dickey - also known as Blake Dye - and Hunter Hill.

The two Blairsville teens were arrested in the murder of 33-year-old Justin McKinney of Morganton. McKinney and a woman, 35-year-old Anna Franklin, were shot off of Elrod Lane in the same town around 1 a.m. Tuesday.

First responders were able to get Franklin to the hospital but McKinney was dead when deputies arrived.

After calling for help from the GBI, the sheriff's office was able to find and arrest the two teens believed to be responsible for the crime. They face one count of murder each, but more charges could be added pending the outcome of the GBI's investigation.

At this time, authorities have not released a possible motive for the crime. However, once the investigation is done, the case will be handed over to the Appalachian Judicial Circuit district attorney for prosecution.

McKinney's body was scheduled for an autopsy on Wednesday.
