ATLANTA — A deadly shooting that happened last month at a condominium complex in the city's West End neighborhood has been ruled "a justifiable homicide," according to the Atlanta Police Department.

APD said its officers responded to the 800 block of Oak Street SW just after 7 a.m. on Sept. 28, which is the location of Sky Lofts. That's where APD said they found a man unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to Grady Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

In an update on Oct. 22, APD said homicide detectives determined the homicide was justifiable.

Other details about the case were not provided.
