29-year-old Chavis Stokes was captured on Thursday in Macon County about 50 miles from Macon-Bibb. He was caught around 2  p.m.

Melissa Hodges with the U.S Attorney's Office did not specify exactly where they found Stokes. But in a press release, the Bibb County Sheriff's Office said that he had been captured at a home in Montezuma.

After 11 days on the run, Chavis Stokes was arrested and booked into the Bibb County Jail. With it, he received a new mugshot.

In the raid, investigators seized cocaine, marijuana, digital scales, packaging materials, and a gun found to be reported stolen in 2018.

Stokes was charged with Possession of Schedule I with intent, Possession of Schedule II with intent, Possession of Marijuana with intent, Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, Theft By receiving stolen property, Possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. He also had additional charges listed on the Bibb County Jail's website, including Simple Battery, Hit and Run, Fleeting and Attempting to Elude and various other charges.

He was indicted on more charges in August of this year, and no trial date has been set.

As of now, the three other inmates are still on the run including 52-year-old Joey Fournier, 25-year-old Marc K. Anderson and 37-year-old Johnifer Barnwell.

Stokes' capture comes after two people were arrested earlier this week. Mykia Williams and Jakaylen Williams both faced a Bibb County Magistrate Court judge Tuesday, charged with aiding the escape.

Law enforcement arrested Jakaylen Williams Tuesday, according to Bibb County jail booking logs. They arrested Mykia Williams Monday as they tried to question her boyfriend, Christian Williams.

He shot himself in the head and died Tuesday morning at Atrium Health Navicent. Christian Williams evaded investigators for seven months after he was allegedly kidnapped the night before he was set to stand trial for murder.
