ATLANTA — A person was shot and killed in northwest Atlanta on Monday night, police said.
According to the Atlanta Police Department, a person was shot near Cameron Madison Alexander Blvd. NW and Vine Street NW and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators with APD's homicide unit have been notified and are responding to the area to investigate. The circumstances surrounding the incident are currently unknown.
