COBB COUNTY, Ga. — An Atlanta man is facing felony charges after allegedly spying on someone in the stall next to him in a bathroom at the Cumberland Mall in Cobb County.
Police said 39-year-old Danell Javon Turner stood inside a bathroom stall and raised his cell phone over the partition of the stall next to him to capture video or still images of the victim, according to the warrant from Cobb County. The incident happened May 22, according to police.
Turner was also charged with driving his Mercedes Benz with a suspended registration, warrants show. He was booked in Cobb County Jail and given a $5,000 bond. Turner was also ordered not to return to the Cumberland Mall.
