ATLANTA — A man was shot and killed in southeast Atlanta on Tuesday evening, police said.
According to the Atlanta Police Department, officers responded to the area of Meador Avenue SE and Schell Road SE in reference to a person shot.
When officers arrived, they found a male who had gunshot wounds. Police said that he was pronounced dead at the scene. The age of the man is currently unknown.
This is an active investigation, police said.
