DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — A man is critically injured after he was shot for allegedly spitting on the person who shot him early Monday morning, according to DeKalb County Police.
It happened around 8:50 a.m. on Columbia Drive near the Goodwill Donation and Career Center.
Police said the man was shot in his chest and taken to hospital for the "life-threatening injury."
Authorities added the suspect ran away after he allegedly shot the victim.
No details were released for the identity of the victim or the suspect.
