Raylon Browning, the 39-year-old suspected gunman of an Atlanta attorney, is expected to make an appearance in court Thursday.
On the morning of April 3, Browning, of Roswell, allegedly walked up behind 40-year-old Trinh Huynh in the middle of a Peachtree Street crosswalk and shot her to death before simply walking away.
Investigators said they did not know why Huynh may have been targeted.
Police said they apprehended Browning that evening when he ran a red light in Cobb County. Officers who pulled him over found the weapon they believe he used to shoot Huynh.
At that point, officers found that Browning was already wanted on other charges related to the stabbing of two other people. Police said he had gotten into an altercation in the 1100 block of Peachtree Street on April 2 which led to the stabbing incident.
