Suspected meth dealers arrested in Lumpkin County, police say

The arrests were the result of a six-month long investigation, police said.

LUMPKIN COUNTY, Ga. — A suspected drug dealer under investigation for six months was arrested during a traffic stop on GA 400, according to the Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office. Two other people in the car were arrested with him.

Police had been investigating Michael “Todd” Eriquezzo, 39, for dealing methamphetamine in Lumpkin and Dawson counties for six months, according to a release. He was arrested in a traffic stop on Sunday. K-9 officers found two ounces of meth in Eriquezzo’s car that had a street value of $6,000, according to police.

Two others, 25-year-old Tyler Worthington, and 18-year-old Camryn Williams, were also arrested with Eriquezzo. All three have been transported to the Lumpkin County Detention Center and are facing charges of trafficking meth.
