ATLANTA — Police in Atlanta are investigating a triple shooting in the parking lot of DeKalb Memorial Park.
The shooting itself happened around 9:15 p.m. Tuesday.
Officers add that two men and a woman were shot during a custody exchange.
Authorities, after the exchange, the children's father shot at the mother and another man she was with. Then, that second man shot back in self defense.
Police said all the victims were taken to Grady Hospital and are in stable condition. They add that the father is charged with Aggravated Assault.
