ATLANTA — A woman was left critically injured after being shot in the neck at an Atlanta apartment complex late Thursday night.
According to Atlanta Police, just before 11 p.m., officers responded to reports of a person shot at 250 Fulton Street, which is the address of City View at Rosa Burney Park apartments. When police arrived, they found a 32-year-old woman who had been shot. The victim was taken to the hospital by EMS in critical condition.
Investigators believe the woman was shot after a verbal dispute escalated to gunfire. There is no word on if a suspect was charged in the shooting.
The incident remains under investigation.
