School opens next week at DeKalb's Chapel Hill Elementary with a brand new look and feel.
Chapel Hill won the School Crashers grand prize from the more than 750 nominations that poured into Georgia United Credit Union.
Everything has changed, from the outside of the school and the landscaping to the new look of the sign on the front of the building. There's fresh paint everywhere, a new look to the media center and -- the most visible change -- a beautiful mural in the cafeteria that makes it much more inviting.
