On Friday, an 11Alive Investigation was part of an international conversation organized by the U.S. State Department.
"Selling Girls," the six-episode digital series about sex trafficking in America, caught the attention of the U.S. State Department. Journalists from 11Alive and parent company TEGNA were invited to lead a discussion about better ways to expose the issue of sex trafficking internationally.
