An Amazon logo is seen inside the Amazon corporate headquarters on June 16, 2017 in Seattle, Washington. Amazon announced that it will buy Whole Foods Market, Inc. for over $13 billion.

Amazon is hiring more than 200 jobs that allow you to work from home.

According to the company's website, the majority of the "virtual location" positions are full-time.

The open positions are in a variety of departments ranging from customer service to project managers to regional leaders (and a lot more!). Experience needed depends on the particular positions.

While the jobs are listed as "virtual positions", the company does note that they are " available to qualified individuals who live in some areas", and they specify "Virtual opportunities are not available in all areas--specific questions about virtual positions can be discussed during the interview process with your recruiter."

Benefits could include a 401(k) plan, company-paid life insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability, stock opportunities, paid time off and employee discounts (!!!).

Last month, Amazon began hiring for "hundreds of new jobs" at its Braselton, Ga. fulfillment center. Those full-time employees will "pick, pack, and ship small items such as books, household items and toys." Click here to apply for those jobs.

Atlanta remains on short list of 20 cities vying for Amazon's second headquarters. Company officials reportedly visited the area back in March. Last month, bidding closed for The Gulch -- one of the sites that the company was reportedly considering as part of its potential headquarters. The Atlanta Business Chronicle reported that the CIM Group was the sole bidder of that property.
