ATHENS, Ga. -- Athens-Clarke Police are investigating a shooting that left an Uber driver's car riddled with bullets.
The driver told police she was driving four passengers from downtown to a nearby address. As she drove near the 500 block of Freeman Drive, her car was shot multiple times. The bullets shattered her rear window, police said.
Officers found multiple shell casings in the area where the shooting happened but no one was hurt.
Police continue to investigate, looking for a motive. Anyone with any information regarding this shooting is asked to contact the Athens-Clarke County Police Department.
