Police are investigating reports of a sexual encounter between a 16-year-old male and a 15-year-old girl that allegedly happened earlier this week on school property.
Athens-Clarke County police said it has video footage of the alleged incident at Clarke Central High School. The Clarke County school system contracted police after they reviewed the surveillance video.
The age of consent in Georgia is 16.
