ALPHARETTA, Ga. -- The home of former basketball star Allen Iverson could be yours.
The bank foreclosed on the NBA Hall of Famer and former Philadelphia 76ers' mansion in the Country Club of the South neighborhood in Alpharetta.
According to bank documents, the home at 2010 Westbourne Way is worth nearly $1.75 million, but will be sold to the highest bidder on the steps of the Fulton County courthouse Aug. 1.
Real estate website Zillow estimates the home is about 6,000 sq. feet and includes seven bedrooms and bathrooms. Property taxes for the mansion, built in 2005, are estimated at just over $24,000.
