Main suspects in upscale Brookhaven murder indicted | Teen accomplices facing same charge

They were each indicted for their alleged roles in the death of a man who was awaiting an Uber ride after a wedding in Brookhaven.

BROOKHAVEN, Ga. -- The Fulton County district attorney's office has announced a murder indictment for the man accused of shooting and killing a man waiting for an Uber ride outside a Brookhaven country club.

Authorities said 18-year-old Jayden Myrick and 19-year-old Torrus Fleetwood were indicted for murder in the July 8 death of Chrstian Broder at the Captial City Club in Brookhaven.

Broder was at the location after a wedding waiting for a ride home with a group when the defendants robbed and shot him. He died several days later leaving behind a wife and young daughter.

The district attorney's office has also released the names of two 15-year-olds who were indicted for their alleged role in the murder and both are facing the murder charge. This marks the first time their names have been officially released in the case. 11Alive is withholding those names pending confirmation that they are being charged as adults.

  • Conspiracy to commit a felony
  • Possession of a firearm during commission of a felony
