ATLANTA — Crews are working to extinguish a brush fire that spread quickly to a surrounding grassy area on Friday, according to officials with Atlanta Fire Rescue.
It happened in the area of Collier Road NW near Atlanta's Underwood Hills and Cross Creek neighborhood. The location is near the Eleven 85 apartment complex and not far from Underwood Hills Park.
Fire officials said the flames engulfed two sheds before spreading. 11Alive obtained a photo that shows flames and smoke billowing in the area.
