HALL COUNTY, Ga. – An Investigation Discovery documentary alleges that a Buford man found in Lake Lanier died from a gunshot wound.

Kelly Nash, 25, went missing in the early morning hours of Jan. 5. He left behind his wallet, phone, ID and truck.

Family and friends launched an extensive search for Nash, offering a reward that grew to more than $50,000.

More than a month later, Nash's body was found by a fisherman in Lake Lanier. At the time, investigators said that they didn't suspect foul play in the death.
