Can you see who has already voted in Georgia? | What we found

The answer is a little more complicated than folks might realize.

ATLANTA — 11Alive is breaking down some of the most commonly asked questions surrounding Election Day. One topic on residents' minds is how to see who has already voted.

But is this even possible? The answer: Kind of.

Information regarding whether or not individuals have voted is public, but don't expect one single document you can scan through, like a phone book, to look people up.

Absentee voter information for specific election years and counties is kept in files on the Secretary of State's webpage.

Now, if you want to check your own voter status, the best way to do so is on the MyVoterPage, where all you will need is just your name, county and date of birth.
