CARROLLTON, Ga. -- Police are investigating a suspicious death after a neighbor found a man's body off a Carrollton roadway.
According to Carrollton Police Captain Chris Dobbs, the body was found off of Spring and College streets around 8 a.m., Thursday.
First responders reported that the body was laying outside a vehicle that was backed into a wooded area off the road. Authorities haven't identified the victim but did confirm he was a man. The victim had suffered an apparent gunshot wound.
