Here's how Georgia track star Christian Coleman did in the Paris Olympics Men's relay on Thursday

PARIS, France — Atlanta native Christian Coleman competed Thursday in Paris. 

Colman, along with three others, ran in the Olympic Men's 4x100m relay on Aug. 8. Coleman, the fastest sprinter in the USA, started the relay. 

Here's how Christian Coleman did in the relay

This was round one for the relay. Team USA came out on top as number 1 in the first heat of two. The team comprised of: 

  • Christian Coleman 
  • Fred Kerly 
  • Kyree King 
  • Courtney Lindsey

They ran the relay in 37.47 seconds. The team now moves to the finals, where they will battle out with several other countries for gold. 

Christian Coleman holds the title "World's fastest man" and wants to keep it with a gold medal at the Summer Olympics.
