DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — DeKalb County Police need help finding a missing 13-year-old girl.
Moo was last seen leaving her home Tuesday, Feb. 7 near N. Indian Creek Drive. She is 5 feet tall and weighs 180 pounds. Moo has red hair and black eyes, according to a Facebook post from the DeKalb County Police Department.
