ATLANTA – A memorial service is planned Tuesday for former Atlanta Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Beverly Hall.
Hall lost her battle with Stage IV breast cancer on March 2.
The service will be held at 2 p.m. at the Episcopal Cathedral of St. Philip, located at 2744 Peachtree Rd. NW.
Former Mayor Shirley Franklin and Ambassador Andrew Young are among the scheduled speakers.
In lieu of flowers, contributions are requested to Sisters By Choice, a breast cancer organization
