BARTOW COUNTY, Ga. -- A fatal crash on northbound Interstate 75 just before Canton Highway, in Cartersville, has all lanes blocked.
According to Bartow Co. EMS, a two vehicle crash occurred on I-75 NB near the mile marker 289. Bartow Co. EMS and other agencies responded to the scene and upon arrival the crew found a male in the passenger car who was deceased.
The driver in the tractor trailer was evaluated but sustained no injuries from the wreck.
The accident is under investigation at this time.
Use Highway 41/Cobb Parkway as an alternate.
