ATLANTA — A man is dead after being hit by a car in Atlanta on Tuesday morning, according to the Atlanta Police Department.
Police said he was riding a moped "erratically" before the crash at North Highland Avenue NE and Adair Avenue NE. He was pronounced dead when officials arrived at the scene.
No other information was provided about the incident, and officers said his identity would not be released until they notified his family.
No charges are mentioned for the driver of the car involved in the incident at this time.
