LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – A partially decomposed body was discovered in a lake located insdide an apartment complex Saturday afternoon.
Police were called to a lake on the grounds of the Durant Apartment Homes in Lawrenceville around 3 p.m. after a man's body was discovered. A resident of the complex called stating there appeared to be a body floating in the lake.
After a preliminary examination, the Gwinnett County Medical Examiner’s Office found no obvious signs of suspicious activity or trauma.
It is unknown how long the body was in the water.
