(ATLANTA BUSINESS CHRONICLE) -- Ed Kramer, a co-founder of Atlanta's popular sci-fi convention Dragon Con, may have violated terms of a house arrest deal due to recent activity on Twitter, reports Gwinnett Daily Post.

Kramer accepted a plea deal in December that allowed him to avoid further incarceration and ended 13 years of legal maneuvering over child molestation charges.
Gwinnett County Attorney Danny Porter is investigating if Kramer violated the agreement by using Twitter. Representing himself as a Brooklyn, N.Y.,-based editor, writer and producer, Kramer has tweeted more than 50 times recently, primarily sharing links to news stories covering topics such as human rights, jury bias and social media best practices, the paper reports.
The Gwinnett paper adds that as of Wednesday, Kramer had followed more than 1,900 people -- including a Twitter user who identified herself as a 14-year-old girl from Brisbane, Australia.
Porter said Wednesday following the girls could represent a violation of the plea agreement, which bars Kramer from having any contact "either direct or indirect with any person under the age of 16," the paper said.
Kramer has had no controlling interest in Dragon Con. He was bought out of his financial stake last year.
