ATLANTA -- An investigation is underway after a man was found dead in the parking lot of a McDonald's in Buckhead on Tuesday.
Atlanta Police were called to the scene after the manager of the store reported a 50-year-old man turning blue in his vehicle at the restaurant located at 4362 Roswell Road NE.
Responders later pronounced the man dead. The medical examiner will determine the man's cause of death.
Police said the manager of the McDonald's was taken into custody after it was found that he had an active warrant for his arrest.
No other details were immediately available.
