COBB COUNTY, Ga. -- Investigators say a deadly Cobb County house fire was set intentionally.
Officials say a landscaper noticed heavy smoke coming from the house on Heritage Green Drive on Monday and called 911.
After firefighters put out the flames, a body was discovered in one of the bedrooms.
Cobb County Police identified the victim as 55-year-old Phillip L. Perry.
The fire remains under investigation.
