STONE MOUNTAIN, Ga. — Police in DeKalb County need your help locating a 12-year-old girl who went missing over a month ago in Stone Mountain.
Twelve-year-old Nieng (no last name given) was last seen leaving Rays Road on November 15.
Police describe her as being five feet, 98 pounds, with black eyes and black hair. They add she was last seen with a black and white striped shirt, and black and white plaid pants.
