Police: 21-year-old man with developmental delay missing from Clayton County

Police say Jacob Cook, 21, was last seen on Feb. 29.

CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. — The Clayton County Police Department is asking for the public's assistance locating a missing man with a developmental delay. 

Police said Jacob Cook, 21, was last seen on Feb. 29 around 6:30 p.m. near the 300 block of Coverview Court in Jonesboro. 

He has black hair and brown eyes, is 5’4” in height and weighs 100 lbs. He was last seen wearing a Brown hoodie, blue jeans, and Black sneakers. Cook has also been diagnosed with a developmental delay, which causes a diminished mental capacity, police say.
