CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. — Clayton County Police need help to find a missing 14-year-old Sunday.
Noel Tapia was last seen just before 9 p.m. at the Village at Hannover Apartments in Stockbridge.
Officers said there is concern since Noel is on medication for certain conditions.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
