The two-month-old was last seen on Wednesday around 3:30 a.m., according to a police press release. She is believed to have been abducted by her father, Randy Bernard Clark, who police say is armed and dangerous. Randy does not have custody of her and is considered armed and dangerous based on "past behavior," not a specific occurrence on Wednesday, according to Sandy Springs PD. It is unknown what vehicle the pair may be traveling in.

According to Sandy Springs PD, Randy was visiting Reya and her mother in a hotel. Reya's mother stepped out and Randy left with Reya.
