Woman suffering from mental illness goes missing in Decatur

Decatur Police are asking for the public's assistance locating a missing Decatur woman that suffers from schizophrenia and bi-polar disorder.

Ashley Hutchinson,30, missing since Feb 17th

DECATUR, Ga. — Decatur Police are asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing woman that suffers from schizophrenia and bi-polar disorder.

A family member told Decatur Police they saw Ashley Hutchinson,30, Sunday around 8:30 p.m. walking south on Candler Street.

Hutchinson is approximately 5’9” and 190 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a purple jacket, gold pants and not wearing shoes, according to authorities.
