There's a lot to know about HALCYON, a new mixed-use community being built in Forsyth County. It's slated to feature luxury amenities including a dine-in movie theater, over a dozen restaurants, countless retail stores, and at least tow hotels. It will also connect with the Big Creek Greenway, one of many attempts to cater to those with an active lifestyle. HALCYON, which boasts a budget of $370 million, is set to open in Spring 2019. It's being built just east of Highway 400, off exit 12.
