CUMMING, Ga. — Ocean & Acre officially opened its doors to the public on Wednesday, October 23 at Halcyon. The restaurant is the ninth of the planned 14 to open its doors for business.
The restaurant is housed in a contemporary barn-like building that features coastal-inspired light fixtures, an outdoor fireplace lined with oyster shells, and various wood detailing around the main dining room.
General Manager with Ocean & Acre, Alejandro Ferrer says the menu celebrates both local farm communities and coastal cultures with signature smoked meats, seasonal produce, shareable seafood dishes
"We do have a raw bar as soon as you enter into the restaurant that features snails, crab legs, oysters, and other in-season seafood items. You'll get things here that you won't find anywhere else, " says Ferrer.
The restaurant is located in suite 620, adjacent to Butcher & Brew.
