After creating 30 pieces in 2019, Mark Burns decided to showcase his work on the Southside

EAST POINT, Ga. — Mark Burns - also known as "Mark Blessed" - is a local artist by way of Cleveland, Ohio.

After committing himself to creating 30 - that’s right, 3-0 - brand new paintings in 2019, Burns decided that it was time to show the world what he has to offer with his very first pop-up art exhibit.

This exhibit debuted at local mixed-use artspace The Vault-East Point, just in time for Black History Month.

Produced by local artist non-profit, Bright Ring Productions, Burns showcased his Water Color Series comprised of three collections titled: "Heritage Culture Collection," "Spirit Animal Collection" and the "Floral Collection."
