No residents were injured in the fire - in no small part due to the actions of the resident from where the fire began. Officials said he went door to door to evacuate nearby dwellings.
About 10 units were damaged in the fire but all 15 were evacuated. The American Red Cross has been called in to help about 30 residents forced out of their homes.
