ATLANTA — A plane with two people on board made a hard landing at the DeKalb-Peachtree Airport Thursday afternoon, according to the DeKalb Fire Department.
When firefighters arrived, they found a disabled Hawker Beechcraft aircraft.
Authorities said that as the plane was making its landing at the airport, the landing gear on the left side did not come down.
The two people -- the pilot and co-pilot -- were not hurt.
Firefighters worked to stabilize the plane and removed it safely from the runway.
The 11Alive SkyTracker flew over the scene, where several fire trucks and emergency responders could be seen surrounding the plane.
