ATLANTA — Investigators are on the scene of a shooting at a Westside MARTA station.
MARTA Police confirm a person was shot at the MARTA station at Hamilton E Holmes just before 8 p.m. Thursday night. Two male passengers got into an altercation where one man was shot.
The victim was alert and conscious when taken to an area hospital.
Investigators say the shooter ran from the area. MARTA police are still on the scene. Trains are delayed at the station.
